A HOUSING developer says a new estate with 210 homes has sold out.
Following an increase in demand, David Wilson Homes has announced that its Corinthian Place development in Burnham-on-Crouch has officially sold out.
The sought-after development, located off Maldon Road, has been popular with homebuyers and delivered a total of 210 homes to residents in the area.

The final homebuyers are now set to move into their new properties.
Annette Hurst, sales director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: "We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Corinthian Place development is now complete, with the final residents soon able to settle into their new homes.
