Tight contest at the Warren
THE Warren’s February stableford competition was a tight contest.
It was won by Jonathan Phillips with an excellent 39 points, on countback from Roger Bigwood.
Luke Mepham took third place with 37 points.
The ladies held their Valentines Cup last week, which was a very close affair with Lesley Pearce running out the winner with a nett 78 on countback from Liz Davidson and Vanessa Adams.
