AN 18th century farmhouse in Kelvedon has joined a charitable open gardens scheme.
The grounds of Kelvedon Hall will be open to the public from May 13 as part of the National Gardens Scheme.
Charities benefitting from the scheme include Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Help the Hospices, Carers Trust and Parkinson’s UK.
The garden features a walled courtyard, two lily-covered ponds, herbaceous borders, roses, a new wet garden and raised vegetable beds.
Admission will be £4.00 with light refreshments.
