Maldon: Hospital avoids having to pay out for claims
A Maldon hospital has received just two clinical negligence claims since 2008.
St Peters Hospital avoided having to pay out for the two claims as they were either closed due to a lack of activity from the claimant or the claim was withdrawn altogether, an FoI has revealed.
