Rail users are continuing to face possible disruption following a major tyre blaze.
Greater Anglia has tweeted this afternoon: "Wickford - We apologise for any disruption caused to your journeys today and last night.
"There are many train alterations and cancellations to note here.
"Service recovery is underway but disruption is expected until close of service."
Earlier today, a train shuttle service was running from Wickford to Southminster to allow Southend services to start/terminate at Wickford.
Firefighters, including a crew from Maldon and South Woodham, have been tackling a blaze near the Fairglen Interchange on the A130.
They were called to the scene shortly before 9pm yesterday and remain on there this morning.
