A mum and daughter pedalled around London to raise £700 for a cancer charity in honour of a brave little girl who has just beaten leukaemia.
Nikki Gefaell and her daughter Georgie, 19, both of Maple Avenue, Heybridge, took on the 26-mile London Bikeathon in aid of the blood cancer charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
They completed the ride in three hours.
Their second cousin, Naomi Warren, four, of Pendles Drive, Basildon has just won her two-year battle with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and is now in remission.
