Linden Homes have resubmitted an application for 120 homes east of Wycke Hill

A planning application for 120 new homes for Maldon has been submitted to the council, despite an identical one being refused last year.

Linden Homes have submitted a duplicate application for 120 homes on land east of Wycke Hill, on the site of the former Three Suns Nursery.

The application was first submitted last August and was rejected in November, because the land had already been identified for residential development in the Local Development Plan.

The first application is currently going to appeal, but Linden Homes have submitted an identical application.
