Hardy crowds turned out to enjoy Burnham’s Quay Day despite the downpours.
There was dancing in the rain as bands played to lighten the spirits on bank holiday Monday.
Stow Maries Aerodrome kindly brought a trailer down to the event so that the band Legacy had somewhere dry to perform and DJ Peter May also kept people dancing.
Organiser Fiona Clegg said: “The crowd did turn out and obviously it wasn’t massive, but the people who came, enjoyed it.
“Last year the numbers were in the thousands, this year they were in the low hundreds.
