A milliner and aerial dancer who is going blind with a degenerative eye disease is showcasing her work in a hat festival.
Lynsey Weaver, 30, is entering three pieces for London Hat Week, organised by boutique Atelier Millinery.
She taught herself millinery and makes all her hats by hand, mostly using silk and tweeds.
Yet Lynsey, of Burnham Road, Southminster, is only partially sighted due to retinitis pigmentosa.
The former pupil of St Peter’s High School in Burnham also has a circus show residency at Jacksons Lane arts venue in Highgate, North London.
