AN agricultural event with a long history in the Maldon district has returned for another year.
The Doe Show has been a firm fixture in agricultural, construction and groundcare calendars since 1960.
Traditionally held in the first week of February each year, the event welcomes farmers and dealers to view demonstrations of machinery.
Ernest Doe hosted its 64th show in Ulting, taking place from February 6 to February 8.
The company was founded by Ernest Doe on the site in Ulting in 1898 and has been managed by his family ever since.
In the present day, the company has several branches across East Anglia and the South East.
Visitors at The Doe Show are given the opportunity to meet manufacturers and visit stands from key industry brands.
The company marked its 125th anniversary last year, in conjunction with the 2023 edition of The Doe Show.
