ON Wednesday, August 4, I had a fall in Maldon High Street and I would like to say a big thank you to all the kind people who helped me and called for an ambulance.
In particular I’d like to thank the following.
The lady from Colchester who went to my home to let my wife know what had happened.
The 2 gentlemen who stayed with me while waiting for the ambulance.
The staff at Costcutters who gave me a seat and a cup of tea.
My neighbour Rob who came to see me and collected my car for me.
You were all so kind and helpful to me, I am now making a recovery in Broomfield hospital after discovering I had broken my wrist.
By the time you read this I hope to be back home.
Thank you all so much for your kindness and sparing the time for me. Very much appreciated.
