BILLERICAY Town boss Jamie O’Hara apologised to the club’s supporters after his side suffered a 6-2 defeat against Hampton & Richmond at New Lodge.
The convincing setback saw Town slip to 15th in the National League South standings and left O’Hara fuming at the final whistle.
“All I can do is apologise to the fans for that performance,” said O’Hara.
“It was nowhere near good enough as a group and as the manager I take responsibility. I expect so much more from the players, I felt we were going in right direction and that has set us back again. It needs to be so much better.”
