BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent, Maldon and Tiptree and Witham Town have discovered their next opponents in the FA Trophy.
The R's will travel to Bostik League division north side Canvey Island at the first-round qualifying hurdle while Maldon have a home date with Royston Town, of the Southern League premier division central, and Witham will travel to the Kent coast to take on Bostik League division south-east strugglers Herne Bay.
The draw was made at Wembley Stadium on Monday lunchtime.
With the preliminary round taking place across the country over the weekend, there will now be 72 ties at the next stage, featuring 144 clubs.
There are 88 clubs who enter the competition at this stage - including Brightlingsea - after being exempt from the first two rounds and ties in the first-round qualifying will take place on Saturday, October 27.
Winning clubs at this stage will receive £3,250.
