AN ENVIRONMENTAL charity has been busy planting new trees in its work against climate change.
The Thames Chase Trust has been helping to establish hundreds of trees at Oak and Ash Plantation in Thurrock.
A spokesman said: “The Thames Chase volunteers have been busy again, planting over 500 trees at the Oak and Ash Plantation in Thurrock for the Trees for Climate Project.
“Thank you all involved including Thurrock Council and Barking and Dagenham Park Rangers who donated canes and guards.”
