Commuters are facing long delays and cancellations after a vehicle hit a bridge.
All lines across the Greater Anglia train network are blocked meaning services running through the station may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Disruption is expected to last until 5pm this evening while Network Rail Engineers attend the scene.
There are currently 30 Greater Anglia train services that have been cancelled, with services to Ipswich, London Liverpool Street and Norwich just some of those that have been affected.
Greater Anglia have confirmed that tickets will be accepted on c2c services between Southend and Fenchurch Street, and on London Underground Services.
Customers have been advised to check before you travel and to leave extra time for your journey.
