Police are looking for a man who 'outraged public decency' in South Woodham Ferrers.

Essex Police said the man was spotted "touching himself inapproprately" in a charity shop.

A spokesman said: "We are releasing CCTV images of a man we would like to speak to in connection to reports of a man acting inappropriately in South Woodham Ferrers.

"It happened in the St John Ambulance store in Trinity Square on Monday, July 22, in the morning between 9.20am and 11am.

"The man has been described to us as in his late 30s early 40s, white, 5ft 10in tall, with short dark cropped hair.

"He is of a medium build and was wearing a biker jacket and jeans."
