A POPULAR Chelmsford nightspot is closing as it’s set to be sold.
Faces bar in Chelmsford will cease trading as Faces when a buyer is found.
The owners of Faces say that the business is thriving and that they are selling the Chelmsford spot purely because one of the directors is retiring.
The branches of Faces in Chelmsford and Gants Hill are owned by business partners Tony Bee and John Clark.
Tony, who has been in the nightclub industry for more than 40 years is now ready to retire and John will continue to run the Gants Hill site only.
Faces Chelmsford opened in the city in October 2015, on the site of the former The bar.
The venue has attracted famous faces including Olly Murs.
Any parties interested in buying the bar should contact Dedman Gray Property Consultants.
