A SINGING slimmer says she has found her voice again after losing nearly four stone in weight.

Molly McFedries, of Heybridge, joined a slimming group a year ago and has never looked back, going from a size 20 to a size 14.

Molly is a professionally trained singer and entertainer but lost her confidence after piling on the pounds.

She was devastated when she overheard someone in the audience say “she can move for a big girl”.

It shattered Molly’s self-confidence and she stopped singing.

But now she has shed the weight and is performing again after signing up with Slimming World.

She also trained as a consultant and is launching her own group next Monday.

Molly said: “When I first joined Slimming World as a member, I never dreamed that I would end up helping other people to lose weight but now I just can’t wait to get started.

“It was the hardest decision I ever made, walking into my group for the first time, but it now one of the best decisions I have ever made.

“It’s a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding that helped me, so that I can give my members the support they need to get to target.”

The new meetings will be held at the Plantation Hall in Heybridge on Mondays at 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
