One lane is closed near to Kelvedon
MOTORISTS are facing delays on the A12 this evening due to a stranded lorry.
The lorry is understood to be having a tyre change of becoming stuck near to junction 23 at Kelvedon.
One lane has been closed on the northbound carriageway and queues have quickly formed as far back as junction 19 at Boreham.
