A TRIBUTE to the amazing music of Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra is coming to Braintree Arts Theatre.

ELO Encounter will be back at the venue in Notley Road by popular demand.

The live show features soaring strings, striking vocal harmonies and classic ELO hits.

Songs including Mr Blue Sky, Evil Woman, Telephone Line and Don’t Bring Me Down, will be performed throughout the evening.

The band mirror the work of Jeff Lynne’s world-famous band, which was founded in Birmingham in the 1970s.

The tribute band is made up of Jack Rownes on vocals and keys, Martin Donald on guitar and vocals, Dacre Peck on drums and Simon Rownes on bass and vocals.

Jasmin Ali performs violin and vocals, Ezme is on the cello and vocals, Harry Rownes on sound and lights and Max Rownes on keys, vocals and graphics.

The ELO Encounter promises a night filled with rock, roll and Blue Skies which would make even Mozart mambo and Bach boogie.

So Hold On Tight because Rock and Roll Is King in a show that is guaranteed to have you partying All Over The World.

The show takes place on Saturday, November 9 and begins at 7.30pm.
