Man summonsed to court following fatal collision
A man has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
Kevin Rolph, of Rachael Gardens in Silver End, has been summonsed to court following the death of Richard Navin, 53, from Basildon.
Mr Navin died following a crash in Paycocke Road, Basildon, on June 25 last year.
Rolph, 63, will appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court this Thursday (October 24).
