DO not miss out on the chance to experience the sixth annual Frinton Festival this Bank Holiday weekend.

Tickets for Bach by Candlelight this evening from 7pm at All Saints' Church, Great Holland, and the Family Concert with the London Chamber Orchestra and friends, including young musicians from Tendring Music School, are in single figures.

The concert next week at 6pm in Frinton Free Church will feature classical numbers from Peter and the Wolf and Beethoven with John D Collins narrating.

Given the low ticket numbers, guests will be seated upstairs with a restricted view and pay just £10. Under-25s pay £5.

But there are still seats available for Saturday evening at St Mary's Parish Church, including free tickets for those aged eight to 25, thanks to support from the CAVATINA Chamber Music Trust.

The Barbican Piano Trio will perform with Maria and Adam playing music by Beethoven, Fauré and Dvorak.
