A vulnerable teenage girl who was missing from her home in Clacton has been found.
April Smith, 16, had been missing since around 4pm on Friday, and her family and police were growing concerned for her welfare.
But a spokesman for Essex Police confirmed the teenager has been found safe on Tuesday morning.
He said: "April Smith, who was missing from Clacton, has been found.
"Thank you for sharing our appeal."
