A RADIO DJ is winning his battle with the bulge and working towards other goals to change his life for the better.
Saint FM’s Sunday morning presenter, Nigel Waymark, 50, continues to transform his lifestyle after years of being overweight and smoking 20 cigarettes a day.
The dad of two, who lives in Hadleigh and is one of the Burnham radio station’s most popular presenters, has already lost six stone after embarking on a challenge to lose ten stone at the end of last year.
He tipped the scales at 22.5 stone in November, but is now down to 16.5 stone and plans to focus on beating his next sin - smoking.
Nigel has smoked since the age of 16 and is now desperate to kick the habit, but he feels he will need some extra help to achieve his goal and is considering hypnotherapy.
