Passengers on a flight to Stansted were forced to evacuate the plane before take-off after a reported bomb threat.
Jet2 flight LS1536 was due to leave Tenerife South Airport at 11.20am on Friday, September 25.
Atlantic Hoy reported that a passenger made the threat and those on board were told to leave the plane.
Jet2 said: “We can confirm that customers were asked to disembark a flight at Tenerife South Airport on Friday, September 25, following an incident involving a passenger on board.
“Customers subsequently reboarded and the flight landed at London Stansted as planned. We would like to apologise to everyone onboard for the delay and any inconvenience caused.”
The flight left Tenerife at around 2pm and landed at Stansted at 5.49pm, according to Flightradar24.
