BRITAIN'S Got Talent finalists Han and Fran are headlining an ABBA-themed Mother's Day celebration in Waltham Abbey.

Best friends Hannah Roberts and Fran Cottington, from Llandudno in North Wales, shot to fame on the ITV talent contest last year, where they reached ninth place.

They will perform at the Does Your Mother Know event at Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park on Sunday.

The day will feature ABBA covers and medleys, karaoke, meet-and-greets and farmyard fun.

Hannah Roberts said: "We're really looking forward to popping down south to entertain all the mummies for Mother’s Day and we're honoured to be asked.

"We love performing for families and fans of ABBA because they always make the best audiences of all ages and we have just as much fun as they do."

Their Britain's Got Talent audition, which went viral, earned them four “yesses” from the judges and a standing ovation from the audience.

Hannah said: "Since being on BGT life has been a bit of a whirlwind for us.

"Our lives have changed completely – we were even able to quit our jobs to pursue performing full time.

"It's been an amazing experience so far."

Since their TV debut, they have taken their act on the road, performing across the UK with artists such as Benidorm’s Chrissy Rock and making appearances in pantomimes.

Fran said: "Since leaving the office job, our relationship hasn't really changed much.

"We were performing together before BGT and were always close but if anything, we've really grown as a duo and are now more like sisters.

"It's really brought us closer and we understand each other better."

The ABBA event will be the duo’s first time visiting Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park.

Fran said: "Headlining at Lee Valley will be incredible.

"It's always exciting to us to perform somewhere new and on such a special occasion as Mother’s Day means the world to us."

General admission is £10 per person.
