Bus services in Maldon will be diverted as a popular carnival procession will take over the town.
The traditional Maldon Carnival will take place this Saturday, affecting two bus services.
Services 90 and 288 operated by Stephenson will not go on their usual routes to make space for the procession in the afternoon.
Service 90 will not serve Washington Road and Fambridge Road from 3pm onwards.
The service coming from Witham will be diverted via the bypass to Dorset Road before rejoining the schedule to Acacia Drive.
The return route will be diverted to Spital Road, Acacia Drive and Dorset Road, followed by Acacia Drive to Spital Road, following the bypass to Maldon Tesco.
Service 288 terminates at 3.17pm and will not run for the rest of Saturday.
