A vineyard near Maldon has launched two tasting events for the summer.
New Hall Wine Estate, in Chelmsford, will host Friday and Saturday events in its new Tasting Shed.
The Friday Tasting Experience, costing £30 per guest, will provide interactive tours and tastings.
Visitors will receive a welcome glass of Railway Barn Sparkling Wine and a mini-masterclass from head winemaker Olly or senior winemaker Jacques.
The tour will include a walk through the heritage vines, and an immersive, guided tasting of three wines from the estate's range, with tasting tips and nibbles.
The Friday Tasting Experience is limited to a maximum group size of 16 people and will take place on selected Fridays throughout the summer.
The Cellar Door Social Saturdays will take place every Saturday throughout the summer.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own "everything else" with them, with suggestions including a good book, olives, birthday cake, or a pack of cards, to enjoy with the wine.
Visitors will be able to purchase wine to enjoy by the glass, and can also indulge in a leisurely self-guided tasting of three wines at their own pace, as part of this year's new themed wine flights.
This year, the Cellar Door Social Saturdays will also feature a new collaboration with local culinary artisans.
Maldon Oysters will serve their seafood platters and fresh oysters, The Grazeful Girls will offer their artisanal cheeses, meats, and grazing boxes, and Market West Coffee will bring their house blend of coffee and cakes to the Tasting Shed.
A spokesperson for New Hall Wine Estate said: "New Hall Wine Estate is 'the' place to be."
