A REPORTED crash has led to the closure of a section of a busy Essex road.
Traffic control has reported that a crash in the B1022 Maldon Road has occurred near the junction with Braxted Park Road, between Totham Hill and Tiptree.
Subsequently, a section of B1022 Maldon Road and the junction with Braxted Park Road has now been closed-off.
The incident was first reported at 9.19am today, June 7.
Delays are expected in the area.
Traffic control said: “Road closed and heavy traffic due to crash on the B1022."
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We were called to a three vehicle collision, but no injuries have been reported to us.
"The road was partially blocked but I understand it was all cleared by 11.30."
