THE Burnham on Crouch Art Trail will exhibit the work of 44 artists across more than 30 venues as it celebrates its 20th year.
Spanning nine days, from June 22-30, the trail will encompass various creative mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and more, from both new and established creators.
The art will be displayed in a range of local spaces, from business premises and cafes to the intimate environment of artists' personal studios.
In light of its two-decade-long evolution, the art trail has widened its scope to include workshops and activities.
The trail will commence with a plant printing workshop at the Vineyards in Creeksea on Saturday, June 22, followed by a week-long schedule of varied activities and workshops.
These include cyanotype sun printing, watercolour card creation and glass bead making.
The public are also invited to 'Art on the Quay' on June 23 and June 30, providing an opportunity to observe several artists at work against the backdrop of the River Crouch.
Art trail co-ordinator Claire White said: "The art trail has grown to be an integral part of our lovely riverside town.
"It is wonderful to see how it has developed over the years and is something in which we are all incredibly proud.
"The diverse mixture of artists, coupled with the additional activities throughout the town, will make this a trail not to be missed."
