PLANS to install four rapid electric vehicle charging stations in a shopping centre car park have been submitted to Maldon District Council.
These proposals are to turn six parking spaces into EV charging bays at Bentalls Shopping Centre.
The application says one of the charging bays would be fully accessible.
The whole installation should only take around a week.
The council will rule on the application at a later date.
