POLICE have raided a property in Maldon in a search for illegal drugs.
Officers with the Maldon town team executed a search warrant in the town.
A spokesman wrote on social media: “The Maldon town team have struck again with yet another successful search warrant at an address in Maldon.
“Three individuals have been dealt with for being in possession of controlled drugs.
“Illegal drugs attract violence, gang-related activity and other criminality.
"Illegal drugs are often involved in the exploitation of vulnerable people as well".
Meanwhile, the police team also paid a visit to Cold Norton Primary School, as part of the children’s learning about ‘people who help us’.
They gave a talk about the police’s role in keeping the community safe.
