A HIGH Street property split into three commercial spaces in a prime location is up for auction.

The three-storey property in Maldon High Street is set to be sold at a Clive Emson land and property auction.

It is up for offer with the freehold guide price of £550,000 to £575,000 at the firm's auction which ends on Wednesday, February 8.

It is split into three sections, 32, 32A and 32B High Street.

Number 32A is currently used by The Diner restaurant, which replaced Wimpy.

The site is on a 20-year lease from June 24, 2008, at a rental of £15,000 per annum, which has never increased in price.
