A QUIZ night is being held to raise money for a charity which supports unpaid young and adult carers in Essex.
Maldon Promenaders are hosting the quiz night to raise money for the Action for Family Carers charity.
There are 180,000 unpaid carers in Essex and the charity hopes to support them by offering counselling and funding activities and services.
People can bring their own drinks, glasses and nibbles to enjoy at the event.
Quiz teams will be made up of about six people.
The quiz night will be at West Maldon Community Centre, Sunbury Way, Maldon, on Saturday, October 8, at 8pm.
Entry cost £5 per head.
