You are invited to the launch of this exciting community arts project on Saturday, April 19, 12noon-3pm in North Fambridge village hall.

The School House Arts group plan to offer various workshops and clubs, initially they will be predominantly textile based.

These will include doll making, bags, books, brooches, wall hangings etc.

They will also be offering paper based crafts which will include scrap-booking and card making.

They are hoping to offer the more traditional arts if interest is shown in this area.

Do go along on April 19 so that you can have your say and meet the people behind the idea. This is a community project so they want your ideas. There will be some of their work on display and pieces for sale.

Sign up for the workshops, full details will be available. There will be materials available for sale. Meet the tutors and tel them what you would like. There will be work on sale by local artists.

Refreshments will be served.

Please contact Margaret Garrood on 01621 740656 for more information on this exciting new project for our village.
