CRICKET: Hadleigh & Thundersley head to Chingford in the Premier Division of the Essex League tomorrow.

Fifth placed Hadleigh beat Shenfield by 150 runs last time out and will now be looking to build on that success against a Chingford side sitting immediately above them in the table.

In Division One, Billericay host Fives & Heronians.

Fourth placed Billericay have triumphed in two of their opening three fixtures of the season and beat Wickford by 18 runs on Saturday.

In contrast, Wickford - who were were promoted from Division Two last season - have been beaten in their first three games.

They will now be looking to break that duck when they host Woodford Wells this weekend.

In Division Two, second placed Westcliff host Benfleet who are currently fifth in the standings.

Westcliff have won all three of their matches so far and will be looking to keep their impressive start going with another strong showing.

Leigh have yet to win this season, losing their first three matches.

But they will be hoping to secure their first win of the campaign when they host Horndon tomorrow.

Elsewhere in Division One, Old Southendian host Orsett & Thurrock.

Old Southendian are currently sixth in the standings, one place higher than Orsett.

In Division Three, Southend & EMT head to West Essex.

Southend are 15th in the table while West Essex sit ninth.
