A COUNCIL is asking for a new business to come forward to take over one of its famous park kiosks.
Maldon Promenade Park is offering a unique business opportunity for someone to take over one of its famous kiosks.
It is available to lease after the retirement of the long-standing operators Deb and Bri.
The popular Kiosk has a prime position in the park and overlooks the waterfront.
Its available to lease for 16 months, from June 2022 to September 30 2023.
Historically, the kiosk has served items such as hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, cakes, confectionery, snacks, ice creams.
However, bosses have expressed they're open to any type of business wishing to operate from the location.
