A HOME sales company has revealed the most expensive, and the cheapest, streets in the Maldon and Burnham area over the past five years.

Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest priced homes are located across the CM0 and CM9 postcodes.

Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the CM0 and CM9 postcodes, Rectory Lane, Woodham Walter and Rushes Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
