THE SANTA Express is flying in to collect visitors heading to the upcoming Christmas fair in Bradwell-on-Sea.

Free coach travel has been announced for fair-goers to get into the festive spirit ahead of the event, on November 27.

The coach, provided by Fords Coaches of Althorne, will collect anyone wanting to use it from South Woodham Ferrers, Cold Norton, Latchingdon, Mayland and Steeple.

Free return trips are also available to any location needed, with no booking required.

The timetable is as follows: 1.15pm, South Woodham Ferrers, Asda Bus Stop; 1.25pm Cold Norton, bus stop opposite The Norton; 1.30pm Latchingdon, bus stop opposite the Red Lion; 1.40pm Mayland, school lay-by; 1.50pm Steeple, opposite The Start.

The drop off at the Bradwell Village Hall for the fair is at 2pm, with the coach set to depart from the same location at 4.30pm.

Organisers have also thanked all members of the public for donations who have already made towards the event.

They have also praised villagers who kindly allowed use of their land for the Christmas Fair advertising pallets.

The Bradwell Christmas Fair is set to be hosted on Saturday November 27 from 2pm to 5pm at the village hall.
