A CLACTON teenager has been ordered to pay a fine after pleading guilty to stealing a bicycle from a train station.
The 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, snatched a bike from Stevenage Railway Station, in Lytton Way, on October 13 last year.
During a court appearance on April 15 he admitted the offence and was subsequently referred to the North Hertfordshire youth offender panel 10 months.
The teenager’s parents or guardian must also pay £22 to fund victim services by November 11.
