Latchingdon Road's junction with Fambridge Road
DRIVERS suffered delays near Cold Norton because of emergency roadworks yesterday (Thursday, October 1).
Emergency roadworks being conducted by Essex and Suffolk Water caused heavy congestion on Latchingdon Road.
Two way traffic signals were in use at the site of the roadworks at Latchingdon Road's junction with Fambridge Road.
Jams were reported by Essex Travel News at around 11am and delays continued throughout the day.
