Police are investigating after reports of anti-social jet ski riders on the River Blackwater.
Officers say they have received several reports of speeding on the river near Northey Island.
Police want to speak to the man pictured about the incidents.
A spokesman said: "We have received several reports of a personal watercraft rider regularly speeding along the river, putting other water users in danger as well as the local wildlife too.
"We know the image is a little blurred, but if you know who this man is or have any information, please contact our Marine Unit by going to our website https://www.essex.police.uk/…/tell-us-about-existing-case referencing DAC/01.
"Alternatively, if you see anyone acting anti-socially on the water or putting themselves or others in danger, please report it to us online where you’ll be able to send us any videos or photos of the incident too."
