People planning on visiting the McDonald's Drive Thru in Weymouth have been warned to expect at least a 30-minute queue.
Travel Dorset have warned of minor delays in the area of the store in the Jubilee Business Park, after the Drive Thru opened yesterday.
Videos have appeared on social media showing cars queuing to get into the Drive Thru. A Travel Dorset spokesperson said: "Please be advised that, following viewing of recent video on social media, we can confirm that @McDonaldsUK drive-thru users are being directed round the entire length of the car park. The queue starts at Radipole Park Drive.
"It’s difficult to give an estimate, but anyone joining the queue will NOT be in and out in five minutes. Would hazard a guess that there’s at least a 30 minute queue to even order."
As previously reported, a study has claimed that the Weymouth Drive Thru could potentially be the 'busiest in the country'.
