Maldon District Council has made some changes to its services in response to the coronavirus outbreak.

From today (Monday, April 6), telephone services will be available from 10am to 4pm to reflect the increased contact that is being made online.

Since the council offices closed last month all contact was directed online, and if extremely urgent via the phone.

The changes will allow more time to be devoted to responding to online enquires.

Anyone without access to the internet with an urgent enquiry can still contact the Council by telephone between 10am and 4pm.
