A CANDIDATE for the Maldon constituency has set up a series of meetings with voters in the run-up to the General Election on Thursday, December 12 after he noticed there were no hustings planned.
Liberal Democrat candidate Colin Baldy is hosting the public meetings so people can meet him and ask questions.
The first session will be at Champions Manor Hall in South Woodham Ferrers next Tuesday.
This is followed by a session at Burnham Village Hall on Friday, December 6, and the United Reformed Church Hall in Maldon on Sunday, December 8.
All of the meetings start at 7.30pm.
The other candidates standing in the Maldon constituency are John Whittingdale for the Conservative Party, Stephen Capper for the Labour Party, and Janet Band for the Green Party.
