As the golfing year ended at Burnham Golf Club for captain Michael Hammond he said his final farewells to captaincy.
As a parting gift he presented his cheque for monies raised of £11276.25 to his chosen charity of Farleigh Hospice.
Following on from this year’s climax all the past captains gathered to honour the new incoming captain Simon Vidgeon as he prepared to drive in.
