A Tiptree firm are to reveal the secrets of their success in this week's Made in Britain.
The firm, which has been going for more than 130 years, makes 60 million jars of jam and preserves a year and uses a unique tabletop growing system for strawberries to save pickers backs and joints.
Chris Newenham, joint Managing Director of Wilkin & Sons, said: "We grow 20 different types of fruit on our farm."
The jam factory has seen Tiptree grow up around it and it employs many local workers. It has also held the Royal Warrant since 1911, awarded by George V.
Tiptree products can be found in more than 70 countries, on luxury cruise liners, top hotels and on top airlines.
Tonight (Wednesday) the Tiptree jam factory will feature as the TV cameras go behind the scenes to reveal how their world-famous jams and preserves are made.
Made in Britain is a celebration of British manufacturing – from the mass produced to the hand crafted.
The show is narrated by actor and comedian Ricky Tomlinson, and is a tribute to the army of makers, inventors and innovators that make Great Britain, a manufacturing powerhouse.
Made in Britain is on tonight at 8pm on ITV4.
