A SITE manager has been recognised for his excellence at an awards ceremony.

David Wilson Homes employee James Armstrong, 33, had been given the prestigious accolade for the standards he sets at his development Corinthian Place in Burnham.

He won the Seal of Excellence award in the National Housebuilding Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards.

James said: “It’s a wonderful feeling to be recognised for such a renowned award alongside some of the best sites in the country.

“The progress made at Corinthian Place is a team effort.

“The win is a testament to the hard work we’ve made at the development since it began in 2018.

“We’ve all been so determined to make the development the best it can be for the past year and it’s great to know our efforts have been rewarded with this widely-acclaimed recognition.

“The award just shows what an enjoyable place to work Corinthian Place is.”

James has been working for the housebuilder for more than a year.
