BOSSES at Langford’s Museum of Power are appealing for views on plans for a major revamp.
The feedback will help them apply for National Lottery funding to improve the museum following the success of recent events.
Manager Debbie Thomas said: “The museum is currently developing a National Heritage Lottery Fund application to re-create our wow factor.
“We would like to do this by refreshing the interpretation of our collection to include new themes and stories, and develop a new entrance and a gift shop.
“We are also looking into extending the popular tea room and creating additional learning spaces.
“We have developed some draft plans and invite anyone to come and view the plans between October 16 and November 1 on Wednesdays to Sundays.
“It would be wonderful if people come along and provide their feedback.”
The National Lottery community fund distributes more than £600 million a year.
The museum is open from 10am to 4.30pm. To find out more, visit museumofpower.org.uk.
