TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of hare coursing in a field in Mundon and had their car impounded.
Essex Police’s rural engagement team were called to reports of hare coursing taking place in New Hall Lane at about 12.15pm on Sunday.
Two men, aged 25 and 33, from Kent were detained and a silver Nissan X-Trail was seized.
The seizure is part of Operation Galileo, a strategy set up by Lincolnshire police which involves 12 police forces working together to tackle hare coursing.
